Immediate, Autologous Reconstruction with Fat Grafting*

This patient presented with early stage breast cancer. We decided upon bilateral reconstruction using DIEP flaps from her abdomen at the time of her skin sparing mastectomies. She subsequently underwent a smaller revision procedure ("second stage") during which Dr. Stalder lifted the breasts, created nipples, and performed liposuction and fat grafting.
